ABOUT OUR TEAM
THE ROLE
Your core objective is to ensure that each client is getting the maximum outcome from our SEO campaigns. This includes optimizing our strategies for each client as well as improving our internal workflows and tool stack to maximise the team's effectiveness and efficiency. You will not be directly managing the team, but will be involved in training and reviewing as necessary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creating and regularly reviewing SEO strategies for each client
Analyzing the impact of our work and adjusting our work plan accordingly
Creating reports explaining the impact of our work for our clients.
Regularly reviewing our processes to
ensure they are up to date with the
latest developments in SEO
Introducing new tools and systems to streamline our processes so the team work more effectively and efficiently
Holding team training sessions
and answering SEO questions to
help upskill the rest of the team
Note that implementing the SEO will not be the focus of this role, but you will be asked
to occasionally review the work of the team for quality and training purposes.
The role may evolve to include handling sales calls, please note in your application
if you would be comfortable with that and have any particular experience in this area.
about you
Requirements
4+ years of agency experience creating and running SEO campaigns for multiple industries. *Agency experience is a must*
Strong experience in SEO for lead gen websites, eCommerce SEO is a plus but not required
Must be an expert in on-page SEO strategy and local SEO (particularly for businesses with multiple locations). Expertise in other areas of SEO is a strong plus.
You must be extremely proficient in using the following tools: Semrush or alternatives, GA, GSC, Looker Studio, Screaming Frog
Experience in researching and incorporating new tools and software to streamline SEO processes and get better results
